Say what you’ve seen

Sometimes talking out loud can be a good way to help process thoughts. Use a voice app on your phone/device and set a timer to run for 2 minutes.

Start with a sentence that explains what you have seen/heard from the Houses of Darkness project, and then let yourself carry on talking with any thoughts that come into your mind.

For example: “I have just had a conversation through Let’s Discuss about the Belsen-trials that took place in 1945. It got me thinking about…”
